Framing stage
Rough-in
Duct design and layout, trunk and branch runs, line sets, drain lines, and rough inspection, coordinated with your framing and MEP schedule.

Drywall complete
Trim-out
Air handlers, condensers, registers, thermostats, and pad or roof mounts set, with equipment matched to the plan and the Florida Energy Code.

Pre-CO
Startup & final
Charge, test, and balance every system; final inspection signed off and documentation delivered for your closing file.

Our crews handle homeowner warranty calls in your communities so the buyer experience stays yours, and stay on as their AC contractor afterward.

Our Story
From a garage with no AC to two locations and a fleet on the road.
Karibe started in 2011 in the garage of Carlos Fernandez and Ivette Bermudez’s home, with a plastic table to read plans on and material bought only after each job was sold.
2011
Founded on Carlos’s Mechanical Contractor license, working out of the family garage.
2013
A leap of faith: our first small rented space.
2016
Purchased our own facility in Miami, home to our offices and warehouse space today.
2025
Expanded north with a second location in Fort Pierce.
